CA. Pawan Kumar Das, FCA (Partner)

In his sincere endeavour towards his work, he has gathered vast experience in the fields of Audit, Income Tax Case resolution in scrutiny cases and Investigative Special Audit of several Government as well as corporate Organisations.
Founder Partner, Qualified Chartered Accountant, L.L.B. graduate (Calcutta University) and a merit List holder in Sambalpur University, Odisha B.com (Hons.), Mr Das has been successfully managing the Firm for more than 30 years with excellence.
He has displayed tremendous integrity and diligence towards his work, and as a result, has successfully completed key Special Audits, Internal Audit, Pre-Transaction,and concurrent audits, Advisory to Board of Directors, NGOs, SHG and reported key financial checks for many organisations across India.

CA. Syed MOHAMMED MEHDI Rizvi, FCA (Partner)

Mr Syed Mohammed Mehdi Rizvi has been working as a qualified Audit Manager from 29th Dec’ 2015 and continued and managed his role efficiently till 14th Dec’, 2016 Considering his performance and aptitude to handle any challenging situation, all the partners of the firm unanimously decided to induct him as a partner of the firm from 15th Dec’ 2016.
He has more than 30 years of experience having worked his last stint with a leading Saudi Arabian Co. in UAEand retired as Director of Finance for one of the subsidiary group companies.
Working with Das Maity & Associates, he contributed towards Regular Payment verification & Pre-Transaction Audit,Statutory Audit work, Concurrent & stock Audit, Internal and System & Transaction Audit.

CA. Anandamoy Sarkar, FCA & CMA (Partner)

He has served as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of a renowned State University in West Bengal. Mr Sarkar has experience of working as Manager Finance of a reputed Cables manufacturing Company.
He has been working as a full-time partner of Das Maity & Associates since May 2021.
He is also a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India ( C M A )

CA. Pramod Kumar Singh, FCA (Partner)

Having qualified in the year 1987, he joined BCCL Dhanbad, a subsidiary of Coal India Limited in the year 1988. During his tenure as Area Finance Manager, he was responsible for finalisation of Annual Accounts and Budgeting and coordinating with Statutory, Commercial and Internal Audits. He also handled preparation of various Management Reports, like Monthly cost sheets, variance analysis etc.
He retired in the year 2020 as the Chief Internal Auditor of Central Coalfields, Ranchi. During his stint as Chief Internal Auditor, he was responsible for compliances of Internal Audit norms and guidelines of all the area offices under CCL. He joined Das Maity & Associates, as a partner, in the year 2021.

CA. Biswajit Maity, FCA (Mentor)

One of the Founding Members of Das Maity & Associates, C.A. Biswajit Maity has demonstrated exceptional administrative capabilities and financial acumen working as Financial Advisor and later CFO and Key Managerial Person at the renowned PSU/NBFC M/s. West Bengal Infrastructure Development Finance Corporation (WBIDFC). He was also a strategic advisor to the Govt. of West Bengal earlier in his career on several occasions.
In his experience of more than 30 years, he has overseen the utilization of funds utilized for Infrastructure Projects & other Projects initiated by M/s. WBIDFC across West Bengal. In the past organisation garnered funds to the tune of more than INR 30,000 crores within a short span of time through Private Placements, Commercial Borrowings and Public deposits. He has also been instrumental in servicing large PSUs and CPSUs and Corporates with their Financing.Prior to Joining WBIDFC, he has experience working with CPSUs like Food Corporation of India, IISCO (now under SAIL), Braithwaite & Co., Burn Standard, etc.
Mr Maity, a qualified Chartered Accountant was also associated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, E I R C as a member of the Professional Development Sub-Committee as well as several other internal committees from time to time. He is also a Law Graduate (L.L.B.) from Calcutta University
